Conspiracies in the field of Journalism
(1) I interviewed Nevil Rivet, who worked at Fox Hill Cemetery. Growing up, I went to Fox Hill Elementary School.
(2) I interviewed Mike Flynn from Shawnee, Kansas City on August 3, 2009. The funny thing about this is not only was Shawnie my nickname to my family as I grew up, but there was a producer at 980 WCAP named Mike Flynn when I interned there in the summer of 2009.
(3) I interviewed Jeff Kalmes on October 8, 2009. His last name is pronounced, “Kal-mus,” and as a kid, my family would go to Kalmus Beach. To add to this conspiracy, I interviewed Kalmes at a lake … You get the jist of this story though. Kalmes … lake/Beach … same thing.
(4) I interviewed Mike Josselyn from Hanson, MA. Despite spelling their towns name wrong, putting two, and two together, my last name is Hansen.
(5) I interviewed Comedian Jim Lauletta on my show on June 14, 2010. He brought a GPS with him, which he uses in his act. His GPS is named Maggie, and my GPS is named Maggie.
(6) On September 9, 2010, talking to Tracy Harding of Comics for a Cure on Facebook, she said, "Do you know that one of the children I first chose to raise money for was SEAN HANSON of Plymouth?! I don't think I've told you that... very odd, right?!"
(7) I met Kathy C from CNC on Sept. 18, 2010 at the Yankee Doodle event in Billerica. She is originally from Burlington, VT. I am originally from Burlington, MA.
(8) At the Billerica Country Club on Sunday, Oct. 03, 2010, I was assigned by the 'Minuteman to take multiple pictures of a contest the Ditson Elementary School was having. In the first group, I took pictures of multiple people as one had the last name of Viveiros. In the second group of pictures, one had the last name of Cormier, and the third, one had the last name of Lavallee.
The conspiracy to this story is that I photographed three groups at this contest, and the last names mentioned out of each group, I have interviewed comedians with those names. There was a guy with the last name of Farias in one of the groups, which happens to be one of my good friends last names, but can that be considered part of the conspiracy?
(11) Talking to my friend Alicia on Dec. 07, 2010, she asked me if I knew a Jeff Faria, F-A-R-I-A. I told her I didn't know a Jeff Faria, but I knew a Jeff Farias with the spelling of F-A-R-I-A-S. Honest to God.
